Beginning with residential remodeling in 1967, Jim Mickinak moved into full scale home building in 1970.  In time his sons joined the business and JM Building & Remodeling was formed.

Over the years we’ve been proud to have been chosen for prestigious local projects, including:

• Work on the Bishop’s home for the Greensburg Diocese
• Redevelopment of the historic train station in downtown Ligonier, PA
• Hired by Adelphoi Village, a youth services program providing services to youth from over 64 counties throughout Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Delaware.
